Meet Claudia
I was born and raised in the beautiful Swiss Alps, skiing in Winter, hiking in Summer. In my entrepreneurial family and with my multi lingual education, I learned with the values of business ownership and dependability — like the accuracy of a Swiss watch. These values still serve me well today.
I soon found my passion for exploring and traveling and one unexpected adventure led to another. I studied Fashion Management and hold a BBA in International Management and a Master’s Degree in International Business. I have spent my career in globally spanning executive roles in the fashion and tech industries.
Throughout my career I have dared to take large leaps that have opened incredible opportunities and extended my horizons beyond what I ever thought possible. I have since lived and worked on 4 continents, 7 countries and 10 cities; from vibrant Hong Kong, to fashionable Milan, from ever changing Seoul to outdoorsy Seattle. I started from scratch in every new place, without knowing a single soul, the local customs & language, or how to get around. Not only has this journey taught me patience, perseverance and the ability to see the world from most different perspectives, it has honed my ability to never give up, to see each new situation as an opportunity. Most importantly, it has taught me the importance of believing in my capabilities, while surrounding myself with trusted, capable individuals.
I am beyond thankful for all the people that have shared this journey with me, for the growth we have experienced, and the memories made. This global network of trusted people that I am proud to call my friends, mentors and confidants is an incredible resource.
Now after more than 20 years of supporting the development and growth of mentees and team members, and with a corporate job at Amazon that I truly love, I still yearned for entrepreneurship. I have decided to yet take another leap towards creating my own business in order to share my experience and passion with YOU. I started my coaching education at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (an ICF certified program) and founded 4C-Coaching, where I serve as the CEO and lead coach today.
